Lauren's Healing Journey
Reiki​
Lauren's journey as a Reiki practitioner began in Kyoto, Japan in 2007, where she studied with Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei, the founder of Komyo Reiki Kai. Lauren completed Reiki Levels 1, 2, and 3 in the Komyo Reiki Kai tradition while living in Japan. In 2008, she completed her Master-Teacher certification in Usui Reiki with Orion Healing Center in Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand. Since then, Lauren has taught Reiki courses in Canada, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and the United Arab Emirates. She has taught Reiki courses in both English and Spanish. ​
Past Life Regression
​Lauren has always been fascinated with the idea that the soul is eternal and incarnates many times on Earth. This fascination with past lives led her to complete her training in Past Life Regression Therapy in 2018 in Toronto with world-renowned hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression therapist, Georgina Cannon.
Tarot​
Lauren has been studying the ancient art of Tarot since 2004, when she was gifted her first deck of Tarot Cards. Lauren has read widely on the topic of Tarot, and puts her intuitive gifts to use in reading for clients.

Astrology
A double-Aries with a Scorpio moon, Lauren's passion for the occult science of Astrology began during her teenage years. Her astrological studies began in earnest in 2018, inspired by her favourite astrologers Pam Gregory, Lada Duncheva, and Sue Tompkins. Lauren is a Western, Tropical Astrologer and uses both the Placidus and whole-sign house system in her chart interpretations.

Lauren was born and raised in Southwestern Ontario. After graduating from university, she spent 12 years living, teaching, and travelling overseas. Lauren moved to Osaka, Japan in 2006, which is where she began her life-altering journey with Reiki. After two years in Japan, Lauren travelled extensively throughout China and Southeast Asia, before finally moving to Seoul, South Korea in 2009 to teach English.
In 2011, Lauren moved to Abu Dhabi. It was during her time here that she discovered and began her two personal practices of Ashtanga Yoga and Transcendental Meditation, which she continues to practice to this day. In 2014, Lauren left Abu Dhabi to spend six months in India deepening her yoga and meditation practices.
In 2015, Lauren felt called to begin a new adventure in South America, moving first to Colombia to teach English. However, after 6 months she felt deeply called to pull up her roots once again and travel around South America teaching and offering Reiki while also working online as a digital nomad. Her travels took her through Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile.
In 2018 Lauren arrived in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile, where she fell in love with the mysterious, high altitude desert and extreme terrain of volcanoes, flamingos, and salt flats. She decided to anchor herself here for the next year, where she offered Reiki, Past Life Regressions, and Tarot readings in English and Spanish.
In 2019, Lauren decided to return to Canada, this time making her home in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Lauren continues her work as a language teacher while offering Reiki, Astrology, PLR, and Tarot from her home in the peaceful South Granville neighbourhood of Vancouver.
